What if I’m not sure which offer is right for me?

Coaching is future-focused. We work on patterns and self-trust, but I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Not quite. This call is more of a conversation than a session. I won’t be coaching you deeply, but I’ll be present and attuned as we explore what you’re looking for.


Is this a coaching session where you’ll help me with something specific?

No. You’re welcome to take time to reflect after the call. If and when you’re ready, you can reach out or book directly.

Do I have to commit right away?

We’ll talk about where you are, what you’re navigating, and what kind of support would feel most nourishing. You’ll get a sense of how I work, and I’ll share options if it feels like a fit. There’s no pressure to decide anything on the call.
